We stand together as Pashtuns and as human beings with one clear message: enough bloodshed, enough fear, and enough suffering. For decades, the Pashtun region has endured the devastating consequences of violence and conflict. From Swat to many other parts of our homeland, countless innocent people have lost their lives, families have been torn apart, communities have been displaced, and generations of children have grown up under the shadow of fear. our valley witnessed one of the darkest chapters in its history. Thousands of families were displaced, innocent people lost their lives, communities were torn apart, schools were destroyed or closed, and fear overshadowed daily life. Those years left deep scars that many families still carry today. Our people have already sacrificed too much. We have buried our loved ones, rebuilt our homes, welcomed back hope, and worked tirelessly to restore peace. Yet every new blast, every attack, and every innocent life lost reminds us of wounds that have never fully healed. We refuse to let history repeat itself. The Pashtun people deserve the same peace, security, dignity, and opportunities as every other community. Our children deserve classrooms instead of fear. Our daughters deserve to pursue their education without intimidation. Our youth deserve jobs and opportunities instead of uncertainty. Our elders deserve to spend their lives in peace, not with the pain of watching another generation suffer. Our identity is not violence. Our identity is courage, hospitality, resilience, knowledge, and humanity. We reject every act of violence and extremism that targets innocent people and destroys the future of our communities. We stand united with every victim, every grieving family, and every person who dreams of a peaceful tomorrow. Recent, march is a call for lasting peace, justice, security, and respect for the dignity of every human life. We call on all those with the responsibility to protect our communities to ensure that the tragedies of the past are never repeated. We march not because we seek conflict, but because we seek peace. We march not because we have lost hope, but because we believe that our voices can help build a better future. Enough bloodshed. Enough fear. Enough violence. Let the Pashtun region be known for its people, its culture, its education, and its resilience - not for conflict. Peace is our right.
