Some ideas that might work for you: 1) place panels near vertical in winter, more energy, no snow problems 2) build some beehhives in winter to catch swarms in spring, you seem to not have an independent sugar source, 3) build that greenhouse/cold frame this winter while the garden beds are empty, 4) look into peltier elements to get some power to keep the lights on from your woodstove, it’ll be running all winter might as well tap some energy off the exhaust heat. 5) build a chicken coop, independent protein source that runs on kitchen scraps and weeds while generating beautiful compost for your gardens. Love the work you’ve done so far and the videos in which you share it!
