What a great mother. Arrest her for child abuse, destruction of property, disturbing the peace & any possible crimes she may have committed. No reducing of charges or dismissing any. Prosecute her for everything possible. She is definitely a criminal & our justice system needs to stop coddling criminals. Coddling is why there are so many repeat offenders.
