A QUIET EVENING MASS, A SUDDEN LOSS 🕯️💔 On Saturday evening, a priest in Ecuador was leading Mass for his parish, with the service streamed live for people following from home. Father Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari died on 17 October 2026 after a large wooden crucifix came loose from the wall behind the altar and struck him.
