I've made brown butter chocolate cookies. I'm not a fan. if you really wanna dense the chocolate. add fresh ground up espresso beans for some reason, it intensifies the chocolate chip

Is there such a thing as just a brown butter cookie?? I obviously understand I could just not add the chocolate from this recipe LOLLL but what I'm asking is if a "plain" brown butter cookie exists? Cause I LOVE chocolate chip cookies, but only the cookie part,, I cant stand the chocolate in them ☠️🥀

This is really similar to mine! I find when I don’t use a mixer there’s a granular mouthfeel from the sugars not dissolving well enough. Does anyone else have this issue?
