My favorite cringe worthy but humerous pastime during COVID was seeing people driving in their own vehicle with no one else in the vehicle wearing a mask. That demonstrated to me how brainwashed and ignorant people within our society can be.

I worked in New Orleans' Charity Hospital in the 90s, doing simple EEGs, and EVERYONE would freak out when I got close to an AIDS patient. Even though it was common knowledge that there was NO risk! They treated those patients like lepers 😠

I wish I found you during the pandemic 😂 I won't lie... I lysoled my groceries the first 2 weeks. then lysol was like $50 a can and I said- welp if we get it we get 😒 😂

As a science teacher I still have a coworker that wont talk to me because I also have common sense. I told my kids if the shot stopped transmission I would have been the 1st in line to protect them but it never showed that. I had to take it to keep my job. The beauty of science is to question and argue everything not to follow blindly.

I knew people who were gloving and masking up to wash every single box, bottle, can or any other object brought in from the outside during plague. At that point, I had decided I'd rather die of covid than do that. But I can still remember ol' Gladys down the street, wearing some kind of apron, a face mask, a paper hair bonnet, and gloves standing on her back porch washing all her groceries before bringing them in. I didn't, but yet survived. Gladys died of emphysema complications a year after they dropped the mask mandate.
