@rstrongher20: ☀️ Day 4 of the Mom Morning Bestie Back-to-School Challenge! One of the biggest reasons new habits are so hard isn’t because you’re lazy… It’s because your brain loves what’s familiar. Science shows that your brain tries to put as many daily tasks as possible on autopilot to conserve energy. So when you decide to wake up 5, 10, or 15 minutes earlier, don’t be surprised when the thoughts start coming: “I’m too tired.” “I’ll start tomorrow.” “This is too hard.” Those thoughts are normal. But Scripture reminds us that we don’t have to let those thoughts control us. 📖 “Take every thought captive…” (2 Corinthians 10:5) 📖 ”…Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2) Every morning you choose to get up anyway, you’re doing more than building a morning routine—you’re training your mind and creating a new pattern. That’s exactly why we’re starting small. You don’t need two hours. You just need 5–15 minutes to begin: 💧 Electrolytes before caffeine. 📖 Bible time or gratitude. ☀️ Morning sunlight. If you’re a mom who wants to start this school year with peace instead of chaos, I’d love for you to join us. Comment “I’m in” below, and let’s build these habits together—one intentional morning at a time. 💛 #MomMorningBestie #WakeUpForYourKids #RenewYourMind #MorningRoutineForMoms #BackToSchoolChallenge
