Comment LINKS for everything I’m using on my road to 7 figures 📩 1.	I don’t rely only on ETFs and funds. They’re a great foundation, but owning individual companies I understand deeply is what has really moved my portfolio. 2.	I don’t invest without a five-year plan. Mine is built around the political landscape: who’s in power, where governments are spending, and what they’re regulating. Policy sets the parameters for success. 3.	I don’t follow the rule that says never go big on one stock. AMD is a big part of my portfolio because my conviction is that high. I’m not afraid to rip up the rulebook. I only trim when a position grows bigger than my belief in it. 4.	I don’t apologise for being heavily invested in the US market. That’s where the biggest companies and the biggest innovation are. It’s the market I believe will change my life. 5.	I don’t buy right before earnings. One morning taught me that lesson, to the tune of £3,000. Now I wait for the results, even if it means paying a little more. 6.	I don’t panic on red days. When markets fell 10% on Liberation Day, I already had cash and a plan, so I bought. 7.	I don’t buy a stock just because everyone is talking about it. If I wouldn’t buy it in silence, I don’t buy it in the noise. 8.	I don’t sell my winners because I’m nervous. I sell when the story changes, not the price. 9.	I don’t borrow other people’s research. Articles are a starting point, not a decision. If I haven’t done the work, I don’t own it. 10.	I don’t invest outside my lane. I’ve spent hundreds of hours learning AI and technology. That’s where my edge is. 11.	I don’t buy anything that isn’t on my “would love to own” list. So when prices drop, I’m not guessing. 12.	I don’t keep cash without a job. Every pound is either safety money or opportunity money. 13.	I don’t use my emergency fund to buy the dip. Ever. 14.	I don’t buy without writing down why. If I can’t explain it in one sentence, I don’t buy it. 15.	I don’t leave my pensions in default funds built for everyone but me. 16.	I don’t measure my wealth in things. I measure it in freedom. Follow @by.chantelle if you’re on the journey to building freedom
