Clean and tear or bruise the leaves to release their oils 3. Place in a teapot or mug and pour over just-boiled water 4. Steep for 5–10 minutes with the lid on to keep in the goodness 5. Strain, sip slowly, and—if you like—add a little honey for softness Lemon balm is known to support digestion, ease anxiety, calm a racing mind, and gently lift the mood. But more than that—it reminds me to pause. Not because I’ve earned it. Not because I’ve ticked everything off. Just because I’m a person, and people need moments of peace.
