true but it's definitely not just genetic and starting a company or being excellent in a given field doesn't require you to have a superior IQ, it Also depends on your character, and background. there are geniuses that are good in some fields but are completely incapable of creating anything on their own. Clav is just fixated on this BP ideology and he tries to apply to everything, reality is way more nuanced and the environment and individual characteristics plays a HUGE role.
