@_creativeaccess: AI is transforming the way we work – but are all creative sectors moving at the same pace? The Creative Access Thrive report 2026: Progress under pressure explores AI adoption across the creative industries, and reveals a sector landscape that's far from one-size-fits-all. While AI is increasingly being used across daily tasks and activities, organisations are most commonly turning to it for administration (81%) and research (51%). But usage varies significantly across the economy, with publishing reporting the lowest uptake of AI tools at just 6%. This reflects ongoing conversations around copyright, authorship and the future of creative work. This finding was discussed in last week's episode of Goalhanger's @restisentertainment, with #RichardOsman and #MarinaHyde exploring one of the key themes from our latest research. 🎧 Listen now on @applepodcasts and @spotifypodcasts 🔗 Read the full Thrive Report 2026: Progress under pressure via the link in bio #FYP #CreativeIndustries #AI #Publishing #Research

Emma ✨📔 :
silly of him to suggest ai is not a threat to publishing. ai can’t write good novels right now, that’s correct, but with the way we and major companies are behaving in training ai, it very soon will be a very real possibility. a very shortsighted comment imo.
