PLEASE let’s not continue this narrative. if it was patrick who suffered a psychotic episode and committed a murder/attempted suicide of himself and his children, nobody would bat an eye at him being sentenced to death. if lindsay were a woman of color, the trial would not be receiving this much attention. advocate for women’s health! it’s clearly an issue! but there is no need to make up conspiracies in order to do so. patrick indisputably did NOT murder his children. this narrative is not beneficial in any way.

she only supposedly confessed to Patrick laying there...she had a brain injury, spinal injury, and BOTH lungs collapsed needing chest tube's from broken ribs. she was not responsive to EMS. she did NOT confess to Patrick or tell him where the kids were. PERIOD.

Despite any variables it would have taken 30-60 minutes in that temperature for her body to reach 82°. It takes 5 minutes for death by strangulation. He was gone 45 which is an extra 15 than she’d expect to have. She would have had to be simultaneously strangling the kids and cutting on herself and drinking pill water for this to work. The timeline plus his behavior before during and after actually supports him doing it not her.

The lack of critical thinking is astounding. Do you honestly believe that the investigators went "Oh she confessed to her husband? Good enough for us. Pack of up"?? Of course they will suspect him and need to rule him out. Those of you who are claiming that he did it are making a ton of assumptions with no evidence. You believe you have more information, knowledge, and education than the people who do this for a living. Her lawyers had a ton of time to look into the case and evidence before deciding how to plea. If there was any chance at all that he could have done it or anyone other than her, they would have her plea differently.

Also, Lindsay’s body temp being 82° makes NO sense for the time frame either. She was laying there much longer than Patrick says. Add to that he supposedly told him the kids are in the basement but the first responders said she wasn’t speaking. Like nothing Patrick says adds up.

I am not saying he is guilty. I just hope this trial is enough to get him investigated, because it doesn't seem the due diligence was done then to rule him out. The questions should be asked.

I was in a bad car accident when I was 17. Apparently I was up and walking around and talking immediately after. I had no memory of this. Once people started telling me what had happened and what I was doing after, my brain filled in the blanks and now I have “memories” of what I did after the accident. I fully believe her confession came from this. She was told what she did and her brain created new memories

I’m reserving the right to say who did it until the defense presents their side. Her attorney is TOO good not to shine that light when it’s their turn. We have only seen the prosecution and it’s giving so much doubt instead of solidifying their case.

What I find odd also is the baby was able to get a heart beat back which means that baby wasn’t dead long enough for her to be outside that long to be that cold even with internal bleeding and spinal injury

She has never publicly admitted guilt. She allegedly confessed to him and in the hospital when asked about her mood she wrote horrified on a white board. Never not once has she given a confession.
