I feel like it’s allegorical for the whole movie, accepting a part of yourself that you may wanna repress, but that only makes the masked identity harder to hold up. But when you accept it all, being “both,” is when reaching out to the person who needs that same love becomes possible. Such a powerful message. I love this movie
