Eine Drohne über dem Flughafen Leipzig/Halle hat offenbar offengelegt, was viele Menschen gar nicht wussten: Über zivile Flughäfen werden militärische Güter transportiert. Für mich stellt sich dabei eine grundsätzliche Frage: Warum werden mit Steuergeldern finanzierte Waffen und Munition über zivile Infrastruktur transportiert – und offenbar ohne breite öffentliche Debatte? Wenn Deutschland Kriegsgerät liefert oder dessen Transport ermöglicht, dann betrifft das die gesamte Gesellschaft. Umso wichtiger wären Transparenz, demokratische Kontrolle und eine offene Diskussion darüber, welche Rolle unser Land dabei einnimmt. Ich halte es für legitim, solche Transporte grundsätzlich zu hinterfragen – sowohl politisch als auch ethisch. Eine Demokratie lebt davon, dass über derart weitreichende Entscheidungen offen diskutiert wird und nicht erst durch Zufälle Aufmerksamkeit entsteht. Wie seht ihr das? #lordofwar
