I had the best vegan sandwich for breakfast and I simply must share it!(I'm not vegan but still) -thin bread -chickpea spread -sauted onion, red bell peppers and mushrooms - cucumber pickles on the side. I definitely did not invent this but I've been thinking about it ever since and I just had to share (someone please try it and tell me how you like it)
