ad What a total pinch me moment! 🥹 I was overjoyed when @Dunelm asked me to style their Autumn Glow collection and I’ve been so excited to share this one with you all! I wanted to create an enchanting woodland tablescape for this one, so i started by suspending lampshades from branches using twine and rechargeable lightbulbs 💡 I wanted warm autumnal colours for my tablecloth and runner so the William Morris print coupled with the chunky burnt orange runner was a must. A woodland table wouldn’t be complete without a fallen silver birch log adorned by rich green moss. I drilled holes into the log and placed vibrant orange Chinese lantern flowers to ‘grow’ from and added a layer of vibrancy and colour. I selected all things mushroom for this table with beautiful place settings, ornaments, candles and even the cutest salt and pepper pots. I picked pumpkin bowls and mugs for sipping hot chocolate and enjoying home-made soups. These paired with the deep green fern plates and dark black Kew side plates was so enchanting. Finally, I wanted to make each place setting personal so individually made woodland creature faces made from fallen leaves. 🍁 🦊 As the sun faded, the pendants and candles lit this stunning table and it became even more magical… Happy Fall everyone 🍃 🎃 #homedecor #interiordesign #tablescape #tabledecoration #autumndecor #thehomeofhomes [Video description: this is a short video showing a man setting up an enchanting woodland tablescape in a forest. He starts by hanging lampshades from the trees and then covers the table with a cloth. He uses a large tree trunk as a centrepiece and adds foliage for decoration. The table is set with placemats, plates, pumpkin-shaped bowls and mugs, napkins and more. He adds toadstool-shaped candles to the tree trunk and handmakes name cards out of leaves and by drawing on them with marker pen to mimic a fox’s face. To finish, we see him adding small rechargeable mushroom lights and extra toadstools to create a magical feel.]
