I wanna repost but I dont wanna self diagnose.. I've always had almost every sign of ADHD but I don't wanna say I have it without a diagnosis or I'd feel attention seeking ☹️

i got diagnosed recently w inattentive adhd and it has been a game changer to know what has been going on with me. i was always afraid to get diagnosed bc i never fit into the "stereotypes" (?) of adhd but im so glad i did it anyway. it's always worth to see what's going on bc knowing smth is better than knowing nth

idk if it’s adhd, but i can’t focus on something if i’m not being stimulated with music/its not interactive. 1hr biology lesson where the teacher makes jokes, asks questions, and makes the lesson interactive? I’d pass that class. 1hr biology lesson where the teacher explains things in detail, organized, and has presentations and documentaries? I’m failing my ahh off

Sunday Steak Night is a tradition around here 🔥🥩 Ingredients For the Steak * 2 NY strip steaks * 1–2 tbsp buttery steakhouse seasoning (or your favorite steak seasoning) * 2 tbsp avocado oil * 3 tbsp butter * 4 garlic cloves, smashed * Fresh thyme (optional) For the Potatoes * Medium Idaho potatoes * 2 tbsp avocado oil * 1–2 tbsp buttery steakhouse seasoning * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For the Broccoli * 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets * 1 tbsp avocado oil * 1–2 tbsp garlic seasoning or your favorite all-purpose seasoning Directions 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole Idaho potatoes and cook until they’re fork tender, about 20–25 minutes depending on size. Drain and let them cool for a few minutes. 2. Cut each potato in half. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with buttery steakhouse seasoning. Place the cut side down on a hot Blackstone and roast until golden brown and crispy. Flip if desired, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and let it melt. 3. Toss the broccoli with avocado oil and seasoning. Cook on the Blackstone for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender with a slight char. 4. Pat the NY strip steaks dry and season both sides generously. Sear on the hot Blackstone for about 2–3 minutes per side until a crust forms. 5. Transfer the steaks to a hot cast iron skillet with butter, smashed garlic, and thyme if using. Baste continuously with the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes, or until the steaks reach your preferred doneness. Take off around 135 degrees. 6. Rest the steaks for 5–10 minutes before slicing. 7. Plate the steak with the cheesy roasted potatoes and Blackstone broccoli. Finish by spooning the remaining garlic butter over the steak and enjoy. @Blackstone Griddles @Kinder's Flavors @POPPI @Chosen Foods #foodtiktok #steak #blackstonegriddle #CookingHacks #easydinnerideas
