I believe the building was used as a residence and office even when it was also used to house fire trucks. Authorized use in the past was residential. Firemen were housed there in approved bedrooms. The only difference now is the absence of a fire truck. The city should give the new owner a fire truck to park there so it would be then used exactly as before.
