When they argue the staff lied to them so you bring up the cameras and low and behold the worker has infact not lied is hilarious literal red faces and stomping out of the store i was a manager in a hobby store at 32 so we would have a tonne of boomers in my co workers were all mostly younger so whenever some one was rude and calling them names i would spawn behind them and challenge them saying if you want to be rude to some one you can be rude to me im 6ft and havily bearded and fit suddenly all the problems go away 😂👌
