Right because that makes sense= $60,000 before tax = 24,000 rent + 30,000 car + $9,000 investment + $20,000 left over😂. Just the car and rent is $54,000, where is the $9,000 investment coming from. How would you have $20,000 left over. Even if you didn’t buy the car upfront. You would be at $33,000 not accounting for food or utilities or anything else.

This is horrible advice. I'm going to use a salary of 75k with a take home of 3600/month after taxes and insurance. 3600*.4=1440/month for rent. my car is only worth 12k and the note is 400/month. car insurance - 175/m. cell phone - 200/m. utilities 400/m. groceries 800/m (low end). that leaves 585 a month then subtract his .15 "investment fund" equals 540... leaving you with a whopping 45 dollars a month for gas, weekly spending, and anything else that comes up. This is real world numbers and I used take home pay. He is using before taxes pay. smdh get the heck out of here.
