@thetimes: Kyiv has accused Moscow’s forces of a war crime after a video emerged of a Russian drone attempting to kill a market trader on the streets of Kherson, a besieged city in southern Ukraine. Video released by Ukrainian police showed a 52-year-old man identified only as Yuriy being chased by a camera-equipped attack drone around a van that had been used to sell fruit and vegetables. After a brief chase, the drone strikes and an explosion can be seen. He suffered shock, a concussion and shrapnel injuries, police said. Russian forces regularly target Ukrainian civilians with drones in Kherson in what has been called a “human safari”.
