@ironic_ceo: Begging has become a culture in Nigeria, and the culture has also become an industry of its own. Now it just seems like everybody is begging. Another dangerous trend that goes with the culture of begging is the entitlement mentality..Now people see begging as an entitlement. When you don't give, you are considered either stingy or wicked. The sad part is that most of these people beg for basic things like school fees, food, rent and transportation. It has never been this bad…While it is possible that some are just lazy, opportunistic, entitled or dubious, one cannot deny the fact that it is largely as a result of the current economic realities. Honestly, we have a lot of problems on our hands but if our leaders do not as a matter of urgency start to address these issues, what we are seeing now will be nothing compared to what we will be faced with in a couple of years to come.#listen #advice
