@simshomekitchen: UBE TIRAMISU ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿ’œ Welcome to Episode 20 of my Tiramisu series! The Ubemisu is the newest addition to the collection. Created in collaboration with @ubenolia.com , this dessert celebrates the beautiful color and naturally sweet, nutty flavour of ube. This version features layers of silky ube mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers, and a luxurious ube and white chocolate ganache, finished with white chocolate shards. Itโ€™s a bold yet elegant dessert designed for special occasions and memorable gatherings. Ingredients Ube Tiramisu - 450g (16 oz) mascarpone cheeseโ€จ- 480ml (2 cups) heavy cream or double creamโ€จ- 150g (ยพ cup) sugarโ€จ- 1 teaspoon vanilla extractโ€จ- 3 teaspoons ube powder, siftedโ€จ- 260g ladyfingers (about 30, or enough to fill your dish) Topping - 1 cup of ube ganache - White chocolate #ubetiramisu #tiramisu #bigdesserts #tiramisuaholic #nobakedessert
