I just want to throw this out there, but I think that the prosecuting attorneys are on Lindsay’s side. I think that’s why all their witnesses are building a case for the defense. If enough evidence surfaces to implicate Patrick, a case against him could open BEFORE Lindsay’s case is even finished. Either way , the prosecution will be the ones to lead that trial too. They are probably building the case that they can use when they try Patrick!
