I have a 3500 sqft 5 bedroom 3 bath house with a finished basement that sits on 8 acres and has multiple out buildings and a 2 acre pond. No HOA. No neighbors. Surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest. Our mortgage payment is $2700 per month and it’s almost paid off (6 years ahead of schedule).
