I think a lot of movie scripts have descriptors for actors. Might be useful to look at those, or just high emotion movies in general to understand movement in terms of emotion. I feel like “he was angry” sounds better as “he dug his nails into his hand” or whatever (I’m not a writer at all idk)

in my novel she kinda feels the same emotions every chapter …. it sounds and feels the same. still working on it!
