I do agree you can bias both head to an extent but is it necessary? I've been doing preacher curls and my entire bicep has gotten bigger and I've been progressing

not tryna sound rude here bc i really dont know much about this stuff but on the graph that you showed at 00:30 doesnt the standard deviation bars (or at least thats what i think they are) for both short and long overlap for the different forearm positions so the difference between the two arent significant enough?
