Walking in feels like leaving Prague for an hour, tiled walls and a tequila shelf and all. 🥩 Everything starts with the tortillas, made by hand, and birria slow cooked until it falls apart. 🍋‍🟩 You top your own with cilantro, pickled onions, lime and salsa, piled as high as you want. 🍅 We worked through the menu. Carnitas, the villamelón with chorizo and chicharrón, and a gaonera de rib eye we’d order again. 💸 The al pastor skips the spit, but the flavor holds up.
