My son. I was literally planning to unalive myself. He didn't know. He was 8. It was Mother's Day so we had a great day together. The PLAN was for me to do it a few days later on my birthday. So it's Mother's Day and I'm driving him to his dad's house. I'm smiling. He's sitting next to me. I never acted depressed around him. Out of the blue he says, "Don't kill yourself, Mommy." I was SHOCKED. I said, "Why would you say that?" He said, "Because I know you want to, and if you do, I'll grow up to be the wrong kind of person. I need you to stay alive so I grow up right." He's now 24 and I'm still here.
