That’s not what manslaughter is. True accidental deaths don’t get charged with anything. Manslaughter is when you did a reckless action that resulted in a death you didn’t intend. For example if a drunk driver killed someone, they’re usually charged with manslaughter. I don’t think swinging a bat at a piñata is a reckless action.
