Don’t judge all men based on the behavior of that one man. My question is was that a first date? Yes being affectionate on a first date can be a slippery slope and has a good chance of feeling rushed if the chemistry isn’t there yet. A second or third date I probably will want to sit next to you, hold your had have some kind of affection happening between us. I also know how to read the room. 😉 People aren’t generally taught how to date and a lot of people have picked up bad behavior from social media and other things they find online. When people suggest dating older men they aren’t suggesting just older then you but men 35+. I sincerely hope you continue dating and have an open mind with the next guy.

I’m 28 and prefer dating women younger than me. While I’m at the point where I’m looking for my wife, I’m also not at the point financially to be able to comfortably support a family yet. Dating younger allows more of a buffer to where the woman doesn’t feel like she needs to have children asap if that makes sense

they don’t change! every young girl thinks it’s a flex to date older in their 20’s they think they will be more mature and financially stable… we have all done it but it’s a lie. dating older men come with more issues. The ones who are looking for girls in their 20s are not looking to settle down whatsoever. They’re looking for a good time or something on the side while they’re in a relationship… the ones that are 40s plus you haven’t been married. Don’t have any plan to be married. They may drag you along and make you think otherwise. So there’s a few good ones here in there, but a majority of them don’t the older the longer they live in their bachelor mentality. not worth it date men in your age range but look for quality. older doesn’t mean more stable. find someone you can grow with
