I was told they used instant espresso powder to make it, but I wanted to create my own version using fresh espresso instead. Then top it with a drizzle of honey and a raw piece of honeycomb for a crunchy finishing touch. Before you begin, brew your fresh espresso and make sure it’s completely chilled before starting the recipe! Here’s What You’ll Need: * 1 oz raw honey * 1¼ cups ice * 1½ oz vanilla vodka * 1 oz coffee liqueur * 1¼ oz freshly brewed espresso * Pinch of sea salt Directions: 1. Brew your espresso and store it in the refrigerator or freezer until completely chilled. 2. Pour 1 oz of raw honey into a small bowl and whip it with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes. 3. Add the ice to your blender, followed by the whipped honey, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, chilled espresso, and a pinch of sea salt. 4. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy. 5. Pour into a chilled martini glass. 6.
