![Showering at 38,000 feet on Etihad A380 First Class Apartment One of the most iconic features of the Etihad Airways Airbus A380 First Class Apartments is the onboard shower, and after takeoff, the crew offered to prepare it for me. A few minutes later, I was escorted to one of the 2 shower suites onboard. One is reserved for The Residence, while the other is shared between the 9 First Class Apartments. Inside, you’ll find premium ESPA toiletries, plush towels, and everything you need to freshen up during a long haul flight. You get around 5 minutes of hot water, which you can pause at any time, giving you more than enough time for a proper shower. I actually managed to enjoy 2 full showers and still had time remaining. Afterwards, I changed into the incredibly comfortable Giorgio Armani pajamas before returning to my apartment, where the crew had already transformed it into a beautifully prepared bed. It’s details like these that make the Etihad A380 First Class Apartments one of the most remarkable First Class experiences in commercial aviation.
