Her bias was on full display. Her personal disdain towards Lindsay Clancy and what happened, clouded her care and her testimony. Idc if it’s a woman who killed her kids, you medically treat her to the best of your ability. Period

The hypothermia is the biggest red flag for me because I don't understand how she had time to get down to that temp in such a short time. I need to research more about what the spinal injury does to affect temperature regulation because that's the only way it makes sense. Hypothermia is also an emergency. Letting her stay cold for 4 hours is wild. She was still cold when she arrived at the next hospital.

Another problem is they put doctors on the stand. Not the ER nurse. As an ER nurse I’ll tell you I bet the doctor really doesn’t recall. Out of that 4 hours in the first ER, I’d be willing to bet that doctor only spend a MAX of 30 minutes in the room with the patient. They intubate, assess, do any procedures to stabilize (chest tubes, sutures, etc) and then write orders. The nurse is the one at the bedside. Also I will note that language use “fall from a height” “found down” is totally normal for an incoming report from EMS

That doctor was smug, dismissive, vague, and came across as unprepared and wholly unprofessional. I have lived by South Shore Hospital, I have family and friends in that area and I will tell them to definitely steer clear of her. Also, she’s giving me Kelly Dever vibes from The Karen Reid trial. Which coincidentally is maybe 20 minutes away.

The ER doctor was dressed so casually and she hadn’t refreshed her memory at all? And then when asked about that her sarcastic attitude seemed to say she could care less. I was wondering if she’s involved in the lawsuit and she wants nothing to do with Lindsey.

The way she talked about what she knew about Lindsay before arrival is just how ED doctors talk. Fell from a height, etc. But she knew she was going to court, she would have reviewed the records before this appearance and would have known the answers to these subsequent questions!!!

I have an MTHFR gene mutation and a doc once told me that a certain antibiotic I was on had side effects of hallucinations that can be especially prominent in individuals with that mutation. I took one pill — one and never experienced anything so crazy in my life. Lindsey stated in FB posts that Cora had this gene — and the gene is recessive. So it’s very likely Lindsey has it too. Bring on the medical experts!
