Its just that the question only specifies situations where the victim dies immediately - therefore the killer knows the next glass is safe. In a situation where the victim doesent die the killer simply doesent drink from the cup, rather probably kills the victim himself

It never says that the victim died from poisoning but dies instantly without the cause being explicitly said . The victim could've died from anything . Could've been stabbed to d*ath by the killer , could've been strangled . Who knows . "The killer drinks the remaining one ". Who's to say that the killer wasn't immune to his own poison .

The riddle didn't include that a glass of water had ice cubes in it, if you go with riddles explanation it must be that both drinks are poisoned and the killer has immunity against poisons (immunity can be gained against poisons and also the fact is that it isn't stated how long it takes the poison to kill a person).

Multiple possibilities. He might know which edge of the glass is poisoned. Or he wears gloves and the poison is on the glass. Or Mithridatism, he gained immunity

The question never mentions ice or a straw. I think both glasses of water have poison in them, the killer took the antidote before drinking the water. That would seem reasonable, but why would he do that? Why go through all this just to kill someone you allready kidnapped? Maybe only one glass has the poison, and the killer somehow manipulates them to picking that one. That's how the killer sharpens his manipulation skills, then feels a sense of victory and success, so he does it again, because it's fun

This is not a 100iq riddle 😂 its said in the riddle, THE KILLER DRINKS THE REMAINING GLASS after seeing the person die. Because all we were told is that the victim drinks the poisoned glass. 🔥

the serial killer is used to the poison they took it every day in the little part growing the amount week for week and became immune, the poison is in both glasses so it doesn't change which one the victims choose, the ice cubes theory is stupid vause even if it was in dose after melting the amount of poison would rise not go away

the killer built an immunity to the poison I think, because the cups not only look identical, they are fully identical, meaning they both contain poison, meaning the victims always choose the poisoned cup, while the killer is immune to the other already poisoned cup
