THIS!! For me it's a deal breaker if you don't have a TOS because it's also a FAQ for me. I don't want to ask you 20 simple questions when your TOS can knock majority out. A TOS tells what the artist can and can't do without me guessing, tells me how long you usually take without me asking for updates every week and tells me the process. It also protects both you and me when it comes to chargebacks.

I like that VGen also provided a pretty good template for a TOS and that they have to agree to it to commission you
