Just so you know, you can also just apply the toner directly to your skin and rub it in. The cotton pads aren't really necessary bur are nice if you like them.

I just replace the lid with a spray top so I don't need cotton pads and it can absorb straight into the skin.

Maybe purchase a new small glass jar from amazon. Sometimes even if u thoroughly clean the tub, plastic particles interact differently with a seperate product

I do something similar when I travel! Soak the pads in glycolic acid or with witch hazel and throw them in a ziploc so they don’t take up a bunch of room
