Honestly, what would you have us do? I understand the information you’re sharing, but for the average person with an everyday income, it’s just not realistic. We’re surrounded by so much misinformation and deception that it’s becoming harder and harder to know what’s actually true anymore. I’ve personally been doing everything I can to find affordable, high-quality meat, chicken, and eggs because my family and I want to eat as healthy as possible. I even found one meat supplier that looked promising, but shipping alone was $90. I understand there are costs involved, but that’s simply out of reach for most people. We have local farms where I live, but their prices are also far beyond what many families can afford. Most people aren’t unwilling to make healthier choices—they’re struggling to find options that are both trustworthy and affordable.

This is sad because Bell and evans organic is all we buy and it’s so good compared to the horrible regular chicken I find. I get it are Whole Foods . I’ll have to see what else is out there

I feel like how you’re comparing bell & Evan’s to conventional chicken you get at grocery store is unfair. And it seems like you may not know about their practices. The chicken literally looks and tastes different. I’ve had the most disgusting chicken from the grocery store that was insanely large and stringy. Never with B&E. Also, they use slow induction anesthesia during their slaughter. And you can buy organic fed chicken. AND they don’t have a gross meat diaper. There are many legit reasons why people buy B&E but you’re trashing them without giving any credit for their higher standards.

The only way to really know people is to source your meat from LOCAL FARMERS. Go to your farmers market and support a local farm if you really want to make a difference.

I personally don’t care what they do with their chicken. It is better than any other chicken I purchased. Decide if it’s raised the same as any other chicken again I’m sticking with them because it’s still better.

There is a big difference between air chilled and that other crap. I don’t know how to raised , but I know how it tastes. It’s a texture of the chicken.. air chilled isn’t soggy
