@drbenbjerke: The Lindsay Clancy murder trial included testimony from the emergency room physician who treated Lindsay in the ER. An opposing attorney attacked her credibility when she didn’t immediately recall one number from the patient’s chart that was thousands of pages long. The expert responded to answers she knew confidently, and she deferred to the chart for the answers she didn’t know. As an expert, we’re told not to guess if we don’t recall something, because that’s perjury. #lindsayclancy #lindsayclancytrial #truecrime #courtnews #crimetok
Nah. BS. She was biased. The jury saw it and it did not help the prosecution.

if you are being called to testify, you should show up prepared.

She didn’t recall many many numbers and details. Did you watch the 10 minutes leading up to his “attack”? I’m surprised he didn’t get frustrated earlier. She should’ve reviewed her notes, or brought them with her. She was very unprofessional.

I’m sorry- you’re taking the side of the medical professional simply because you’re sympathetic to her. She was unprepared, simple as that. Why don’t you compare her to the psychiatrist in this very trial who came ready to testify, had reviewed pertinent info and answered both the prosecution & defense in the same tone. You’re bias.

She couldn’t answer a single question. You should be able to at least answer one question if you reviewed your notes beforehand.
