A concussion is very serious and should not be taken lightly. New studies have identified SHAAKE (Spontaneous Head-shake After A Kinematic Event) It’s not necessarily indicative of a concussion but it could be a sign that one, or other trauma has happened. It’s a very subtle sign, easily missed. Point being if you see your child or another athlete do this, insist they get looked at.
