Wondering what your thoughts are on overt fats when going raw vegan? I’ve noticed you guys include a lot of fats like nuts, seeds, avocado, etc in your food although mucusless diet emphasizes how mucus forming/congesting they are. Just wanted to get your perspective since I’m new to being raw vegan and you and your mom look so radiant and healthy!💗

I contracted herpes after being intimate with my new boyfriend for the first time. Before we had sex, he never mentioned that he was living with the virus, so I had no idea I was at risk.
