safest thing to do is to follow the cross signal. It depends where you are though. In a calmer area like you are not necessary. But in a high volume area EVERYONE follows the signal

Due to global warming nyc is transitioning into a humid subtropical climate - this is not the weather I grew up with. It used to be hotter but less humid and we saw the sun a lot more
