a judge can refuse any agreement the da an defendant reached when you plead guilty you life is in the judges hands if I dont feel the agreement is fair I can refuse it an still put you in jail on a guilty plea just within the friend of the limits 💯

I think the court should’ve upheld the first agreement making her do 3 yrs probation instead of allowing her to back out of the plea agreement and going to jail instead that’s the easy way out she’s not gonna learn nothing other than if she doesn’t like what the court is ordering she can back out if it and go to jail instead

I want to take two weeks in jail cause that’s what they get then two years of probation yeah people are crazy. I wanna take Jail time or probation. She gonna do 180 days in Jail 3 for 1 and get out within two weeks. when I was younger, they gave me probation for five years when I violated. I had four years left on it and I did two weeks in jail and it was done.
