@nicolehoskens: Replying to @Hannah Miller Hubs said this may be his fav chicken salad 😳🔥🎉 South west chicken salad Ingredients Southwest ranch dressing: * 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt * 1/4 tsp smoked paprika * 1/4 tsp chili powder * 1/4 tsp chipotle pepper powder * 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning (0 cal) * 1/2 lime, juiced * 2 garlic cloves, minced * Black pepper, to taste Salad: * 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie) * 3/4 cup celery, diced * 3/4 cup bell pepper, diced * 1/2 cup onion, diced Instructions 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, smoked paprika, chili powder, chipotle pepper powder, ranch seasoning, lime juice, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth — this is your southwest ranch dressing. 2. Add the chopped chicken, celery, bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. 3. Fold everything together until the chicken and veggies are evenly coated in the dressing. 4.
