I don’t think we can charge the parents. It’s different if they give them the car keys. But sometimes you can do everything right and your kids can still behave badly. Law has to figure out how to punish the children reasonably.

Yep, this is down the street from me. It's been horrendous around here and very painful in this area. The kids are out of control. Everything's out of control and nothing. They do nothing about it. Montgomery County doesn't nothing. It's very sad. A man lost his life five children getting ready to retire. This has made national news. I sure hope that's something changes.🙏🙏
