We have totally different cooking styles and every single meal he makes me literally blows my mind especially more recently after binge watching The Bear 🤣👩🏼‍🍳 He’s so knowledgeable as well on the food and why it does what it does (you guys know I love whacking everything in an oven dish or a pan and hoping for the best pmsl) So, I want to share his culinary skills with the LTPF community as I know you’ll all appreciate hehe ❤️ We had duck breast with a cherry and plum reduction (and it was 10/10) with square potatoes which were actually insane like really fluffy and doughy almost on the inside but crispy on the outside and parsnips too!!!
