I agree, if they were paying you for you dollar wins it implies they would pay out for bigger winnings. I believe they are dirty and just didn't want to pay out!! Take them to court and get yours!! It's BS! I've never heard of a place where you have buy something to play those pull tabs. They should've informed everyone who comes through that door!
