@vibeshef: Tuna Crudo with Citrus-Cilantro Sauce 🍣 Ingredients 🐟 200g of sushi-grade tuna (7 oz) 🌿 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro 🍊 Juice of 1/2 of a fresh orange 🥫 2 tbsp of soy sauce 🌶️ Chili flakes (to taste) 🫗 1 tbsp of mirin 🥢 3 tbsp of sesame seeds (mixed black and white) 🥛 2 tbsp of mayonnaise 🟢 Wasabi (to taste) 🌶️ 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced Instructions 1️⃣ Finely chop the cilantro and whisk it together with the orange juice, soy sauce, mirin, and chili flakes in a small bowl to make the citrus crudo sauce. 2️⃣ Pour a generous pool of the citrus-cilantro sauce onto the base of your serving platter. 3️⃣ Spread the sesame seeds onto a shallow plate, firmly press the tuna block into them to coat all sides, and slice cleanly into thin pieces. 4️⃣ Crush a small handful of additional sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle, then stir them into the mayonnaise along with your desired amount of wasabi. 5️⃣ Arrange the sesame-crusted tuna slices neatly on top of the citrus sauce on the platter. 6️⃣ Garnish each piece of tuna with a small dollop of the toasted wasabi-sesame mayo and a thin wheel of fresh jalapeño, then serve cold. #tuna #crudo #jalapeno #fresh
