The value salmon is the end bits and non standard size you then pay more for the fillets to look standard and the top end is just the same but you pay more and you think it’s better but a fish is a fish

Dunno how you cooked them none of them look appetising and I love salmon. Pan seared to get colour then cover pan to steam through, means you have the most amazing crispy skin and flavour on the outside but the middle is flaky and juicy! Highly recommend
