I just went through this! I bought a support pillow from amazon, desk accessories to improve ergonomics, and now relief within 3 weeks 😁

I've had to start going to the chiropractor, it's 100% been helpful and everyone feels differently about being manhandled like that.

elevate your computer/laptop, bend backwards over a yoga ball after your day, see a chiropractor or get regular massages

Get a monitor riser! So your screen is naturally closer to eye level. It may also result in you needing a separate keyboard if you don’t already have one but it’s so worth it. I have this kind but if you’re on like a laptop screen you may want a taller one.

Can you hear the clients enough on calls? Is that why you lean in?

My therapist said the pain in her neck usually shows up Tuesdays at 9. I said, that’s weird that it shows up at my weekly appointment time. I could ask her for you!

An adjustable or standing desk. Not to stand with but to be able to raise up and down as your sitting position changes. Idk if that makes sense but it saves me!!

A reallllllly good massage therapist is the only thing that has ever helped me! Like one who is more “technical” is the only way I know how to describe it as opposed to like vibes/relaxation lol

As a therapist with fibromyalgia, I recently switched to a gaming chair for my desk chair that has a neck pillow and lumbar pillow. That plus my theragun is a game changer 👌🏾
